What is a Four Points Inspection?

A Four Points Inspection is an inspection report commonly required by insurance companies for homes over 25 years old. It is an Insurance Industry regulated checklist on the condition of the roof, the plumbing system, the electrical and mechanical (HVAC) system. Insurance Companies want to know if your home poses any risk before they approve you for a policy. The Four Points Inspection includes a Roof Inspection. Therefore, if you purchase a Four Points Inspection from us, you don't need a separate Roofing Certification Inspection.

What's Included in a Four Points Inspection?

Our Four Point Insurance Inspection includes the following:

Electrical System, Electric Panel, Wiring, Interior and Exterior Outlets, and Switches.
Air Conditioning System, Air Handler, Compressor and Ductwork.
Plumbing System, Plumbing Fixtures (interior and exterior), Toilets and Sewage.
