​Our Mold Inspection is one of the most complete indoor air quality inspections in the Market. 

1. We perform a moisture detection inspection utilizing our InfraRed Technology to located hidden spots of potential mold growth
2. We inspect around the Air Handler, AC Registers, Plenum and Ductwork.
3. We inspect the Plumbing System, Plumbing Fixtures, Garbage Disposer, behind Toilets for leaks.
4. We inspect the Cabinets, vanities, countertops.
5. We inspect Attic, Insulation, Roof Framing and Roof Sheeting, Attic Access.
6. We look for Moisture Infiltration, Hidden Water Damage, Wood Rot, Visual Mold.
7. We inspect Windows, Doors, Trim, Casings and Jambs.
8. We inspect Drywall, Ceilings, and Wall Coverings.
9. We may recommend performance of Air Quality Tests, Tape or Swab analysis, bulk materials test.
10. We deliver a 20 pages report delineating the extent of the Mold problem with specific recommendations as to remediate the problem.
11. We DO NOT perform Mold Remediation. Therefore, rest assured that we have no interest in doing any remediation work in your home or business.
